The project involved constructing a 75,000 square foot facility equipped with advanced IQF technology, automated processing lines, and extensive cold storage capabilities.
As the general partner, Industrial Competence managed all aspects of this greenfield project including site development, facility design, equipment procurement, construction management, and commissioning. The facility features multiple processing lines for vegetables, fruits, and prepared meals, with capacity to process 5,000 kilograms per hour.
The project included installation of advanced freezing technology, automated packaging systems, quality control laboratories, and 20,000 square feet of -30°C cold storage. The facility achieved FDA and USDA certification and began full production within six months of project completion, serving major retail chains across the United States.
